On the morning of December 16, 2025, in the settlement of Gorki-2 in the Odintsovo District of the Moscow Region, 15-year-old ninth-grader Timofey Kulyamov—armed with a knife and pepper spray—attacked people inside the school building. As a result, a 10-year-old student and citizen of Tajikistan, Kobiljon Aliev, was killed, while a security guard and two other children were wounded. The attacker was detained at the scene. A replica of an improvised explosive device was found in his possession and at the scene of the incident. The investigation classified the crime as an act motivated by neo-Nazi ideology and racial hatred.

The teenager had prepared weapons (a knife, pepper spray, and an improvised explosive device) in advance. Before the attack, he posted his 11-page manifesto, "My Anger," in the school chat room and recorded a 15-minute video message.
CCTV footage and his personal camera captured him entering the building, spraying pepper spray in the face of 32-year-old security guard Dmitry Pavlov, and stabbing him.
In the school hallway, Timofey attacked students with a knife. A 10-year-old fourth-grader died instantly as a result of his injuries. According to investigators, the attacker's motive was far-right neo-Nazi views—he was specifically targeting non-Slavic students and planning an attack on the math teacher.
After committing the murder, the attacker took one of the students hostage and barricaded himself in a classroom. He continued broadcasting the incident on Telegram.
Footage later surfaced online of the teenager being stormed and detained by security forces. He surrendered without a fight, admitted his guilt, and was arrested.
