Filet Boy is the title of an alleged cartel/gang execution video in which a young adolescent boy is described as being skinned on a cross or pole while a song by Guns N' Roses plays in the background. Due to a lack of resources supporting these claims, this video is presumed to be either a hoax or a completely different video.
Frequenters on now-archived 4chan threads claiming to have seen this video have described this video correspondingly. However, a user on the r/AskReddit subchannel has confirmed that the "Filet Boy" spoken about was not the same clip. The actual video is described the same as the Guerrero Flaying, or "No mercy in Mexico".
Users who stated to have seen this video may have been confusing the video with FunkyTown, a similar gore video where a teenage male figure is also skinned and dismembered while a song by Guns N' Roses plays in the background.
Users who stated to have seen this video may also be confusing the video with a Reddit post on the subchannel r/LateNiteCreepz titled "FunkyTown 2: The Electric Boogaloo" (referencing the original FunkyTown cartel video), where a presumably adult male is shown to be suffering the aftermath of being skinned alive while remaining conscious.
