4 Girls 6 Nostrils is an Emetophilia-based shock video with a name very similar to 2 Girls 1 Cup. This video gained notoriety after a YouTube channel called Lutch Green mentioned it in a video listing disturbing things viewers should not search on Google, including The incident of hammer.
The video depicts a bound topless girl sitting on a chair while three girls put mucus and saliva into the bound girl's mouth. The beginning of the video shows a close-up of the bound girl with mucus dripping all over her. The three girls continue to put even more saliva and mucus on her face and mouth. Later, they let her lie down on the floor and vomit all over her.
The video was produced by the well-known company MFX Media and stars the well-known actress Latifa, alongside Raquel, Leslie, and Mary Castro. The video, of course, can be seen on sites featuring scat and vomit fetish videos, such as Heavy R. But unfortunately, the video has been deleted from most of the sites.
