The Perez Hilton self-harm stream — is an incident that occurred in August 2026, when famous American celebrity blogger and internet personality Perez Hilton (real name Mario Lavandeira) self-harmed during a live stream on TikTok.
On August 4–5, 2026, during a live stream from his home in Miami, Hilton appeared on camera in a severe emotional state, with visible cuts and blood.
Shocked viewers began calling emergency services en masse. The Miami-Dade County Sheriff's Office and rescuers arrived at the scene. The blogger was hospitalized and placed under medical observation for psychiatric care.
The TikTok platform blocked the broadcast and banned the account. His family later reported that Perez survived and was undergoing long-term rehabilitation in a specialized treatment facility.
