Ms. Pac-Man, also known as Ms. Pac-Man Gore, is a shock video that shows the aftermath of a machete attack in Guatemala that occurred on October 29th, 2018. The victim was Alejandra Ico Chub, a 32-year-old woman from La Isla del Norte in San Miguel, Chisec, Alta Verapaz, Guatemala. Her face was sliced several times horizontally by her husband, Mario Tut Ical, who was 42 years old. Her face was split in a way that resembled the video game character Ms. Pac-Man, hence the name of the video. The video originally surfaced on the website BestGore in 2018. In 2023, the video started to gain increased notoriety on social media platforms such as Reddit, Twitter, and TikTok.

The video shows a dark room, with Alejandra's body lying on a bed, covered in blood. The camera pans to the floor of the room, where it shows one of her hands was cut off and lying on the ground. Alejandra's neighbors can be heard crying in the back, with another being heard calling the police. Alejandra can be heard gasping and choking in pain and fear, as well as her eyes dilating around the room and her mouth still able to move. She tries to scream, but all that comes out is gurgling from the blood. The machete cuts were deep enough to cut her ears. The video ends with extreme close-ups of Alejandra's face.

On October 29th, 2018, Alejandra told her husband Mario that she was going to go visit her sister's house. Mario, out of curiosity, secretly followed her and noticed she was driving in a completely different direction than where her sister's house was located. Alejandra pulled up to a random house and entered it. Mario stepped into the house and asked her what she was doing there. It was around this time that Mario noticed Alejandra wasn't wearing any underpants, which led to Mario viciously attacking her with a nearby machete while she was lying in a bed. Neighbors and their kids heard the attack go down, but were too scared to investigate the scene. Mario left the house soon after, which helped build the neighbors' courage to enter the house. One of the neighbors pulled out their phone and recorded the aftermath of what they saw. A few of the neighbors started crying while others called the police. 45 minutes after the video was filmed, police finally arrived, but by that time, Alejandra had died from her injuries.[1][2]
On November 1st, 2018, Mario was found by police after he went on the run for a few days. He was detained and arrested shortly afterwards. He has been in prison ever since.
