Cagar las tripas (translated to: Shitting the guts) was a shock video that was uploaded on August 27th, 2011, on La Mazmorra de lo Grotesco. The video gained high popularity in the Spanish-speaking community; this was due to the fact that La Mazmorra de lo Grotesco was a Spanish site already known among the community since 2009. So much so that it generated a great wave of video reactions on YouTube, becoming one of the first videos of shock originating in the Spanish-speaking community that gained great fame.

La Mazmorra de lo Grotesco was a well-known Spanish shock site in the Spanish-speaking community, in charge of uploading all kinds of extreme, weird, and amazing material usually obtained from other sites. However, it was not until the end of 2011 that the site grew exponentially, and it was thanks to the video "Cagar Las Tripas".
Cagar las Tripas was uploaded on August 27th, 2011, and immediately became a hit on the site. The same day, it generated a huge wave of comments from users who were shocked and disgusted by what they were seeing; however, the video still wouldn't gain viral fame until later. It was then that, during the months of February and March 2012, the first video reactions to the video began to be uploaded on YouTube, which motivated other users to do their own and mainly to give popularity to the video.
It was like this: throughout 2012, the site and the video went viral throughout the internet and on social networks, becoming a before-and-after in the Spanish-speaking internet community. His popularity was so great that the well-known horror YouTuber DrossRotzank made his reaction video, which became one of the most popular, along with others that he made to other shock videos.
Despite the popularity of the video, it got lost on the internet, as it cannot be viewed on the Wayback Machine because Adobe Flash no longer works, as well as because no one downloaded it and the sites that hosted it also removed it. However, thanks to the comments on the video, we can know that the video was made by the well-known prolapse amateur porn actress "DirtyGardenGirl".
DirtyGardenGirl is an amateur porn actress specialized in prolapse, fisting, and anal insertion videos. She started uploading videos at the end of 2010 and quickly gained fame, as her videos took fisting and prolapse to extremes. She is currently 55 years old and continues to upload material on her website.

In the approximately 1-minute-long video, DirtyGardenGirl can be seen with her anus already open, pushing to get a medium-sized ball out. When the ball leaves her anus, the first anal prolapse occurs, observing only part of it. However, she takes her hands to her anus and, with two fingers, grabs it from above and pulls it, bringing out her "guts", in what is a very "outstanding" and "majestic" prolapse.
